Another weekend of incredible music in Newport – and the OurStage team is here in full force. Keep an eye on the OurStage Blog for upcoming interviews with Lettuce, Mark Rapp and Anthony Hamilton – and possibly a quick sit down with Soulive as well. Once again the folks are lined up with their beach chairs and coolers in tow and praying that the looming clouds breeze gently by instead of giving the artists and fans an unwanted shower like last weekend.

The hardcore ‘Jazzies’ lined up as early as 9:30 this morning to steak out the best spots for the days performances – which include: Aretha Franklin, Lettuce w/ Fred Wesley, Christian Scott, Chris Botti, Melody Gardot, Wayne Shorter Quartet – and many more! To everyone’s delight Chevy Chase returned again this year to MC the main stage and enjoy the weekends performances with his family in tow.
