And we’ve got you covered with a Christmas Eve playlist. No sugar-plums here, just a handful of the best tunes from our Holiday Channel. So while creatures are still stirring put these songs on, roast some chestnuts and enjoy the night. Just remember to put out the milk and cookies before you lay down for that long winter’s nap, the fat man’s got quite a night ahead of him.
We’ve assembled great songs from OurStage for this playlist. Eight songs for eight nights of light. For a more traditional take check out this New York Time article by Roger Bennett and Josh Kun, the authors of “And You Shall Know Us by the Trail of Our Vinyl: The Jewish Past as Told by the Records We Have Loved and Lost.” Happy Hanukkah!
Last month over 1000 artists chose Step In The Ring with T-Pain. 700,000 head-to-head battles later, our congratulations go to Twank Star whose track stood out amongst all others to T-Pain. Twank hails from Houston and proves, “Everything’s bigger in Texas.” Standing 6′ 5”, 350 pounds this up-and-comer, backs it up with a big sound. In addition to receiving promotional support for the winning song, Twank Star will also receive a one-track recording contract with Nappy Boy Digital, with the option to extend. The winning track is also available for download on iTunes and streaming on OurStage.com.
