Arcade Fire Album Release Date Revealed

It has been a minute since we heard from Arcade Fire, the award-winning indie act that essentially sparked the latest generation of uber-hipster bands. Now, Revolt TV claims to have learned that the band has quietly been prepping a new album for release, and it’ll be here sooner than you think.

According to their exclusive post, Revolt TV claims Arcade Fire will release their follow-up to The Suburbs on September 9.

The source also revealed that the album was recorded in multiple locations over the course of the last year. This includes the band’s widely reported stint this past March in New York at the DFA Records studio with LCD Soundsystem Frontman James Murphy.

Murphy was quick to downplay rumors that he was producing tracks for the upcoming album”acting as more of a creative consultant.

There’s a lot of them, and they’re mostly self-produced”like, they don’t need a producer in a certain way,  he told Rolling Stone.
