Kanye West Releases CGI-Filled "Black Skinhead" Video

Kanye West is no stranger to visual aesthetics or controversy, and his latest video promises to keep him the topic of conversion in both areas for weeks to come.

Following the unusual planned projection release of his “New Slaves” video, Kanye quietly let “Black Skinheads” find its own place in the world by uploading the clip without warning at some point in the last 24 hours. The visuals are typically overdramatic Kanye, with muscly shirtless CGI men reciting the lyrics against the deepest black and lightest white. It’s strange, and certainly worth a watch, but at the same time is as confusing as could be. You can view the video on Slate.
