Walk The Moon, Chvrches, Alt-J To Play Boston Calling Festival

posted in: Music News

While they gear up for the US leg of their tour to promote their new LP Talking Is Hard, Walk The Moon has just been announced as part of the stellar lineup for this fall’s Boston Calling festival. Though just a few years ago an indie rock band making its way to the top of the charts here on OurStage, Walk The Moon is currently ruling the airwaves with the hit “Shut Up And Dance.” The success of that single makes them one of the most highly anticipated artists to feature at what looks to be the best bill yet for the young, biannual Boston Calling. The festival will be held on Boston’s City Hall Plaza from September 25-27.

Other big names on the fest this year include Alabama Shakes, Avett Brothers, Of Monsters And Men, Hozier, and two acts championed early and often by our sister sites AmazingTunes.com and AmazingRadio.com: Chvrches and Alt-J.
