The Next Big Thing: Lindsay Ell

The Olympics provide a stage for not only the world’s greatest athletes but for host country Canada’s top musicians, such as Lindsay Ell, as well.  Ell has performed alongside top musicians in showcases at SXSW, JunoFest and others.

During the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, Ell performed at Vancouver Olympic Athletes Village, Whistler Olympic Athletes Village and Alberta House.  Check out the video of some of these performances, and a few others from the Olympics, after the break!

Ell is currently in the process of planning a summer tour, writing some more hits and recording her third album with CJ Vanston (producer, keyboardist and member of Spinal Tap) in LA. Keep an eye out for some new material from Lindsey this summer!
