Jon Connor Releases "Don't Wanna Be" Video

Michigan’s Jon Connor has made  a name for himself without a label. That may not sound like much these days, but the Flint native has been rising through hip hop a lot longer than these so-called selfmade musicians we see popping up and the fact he’s still yet to breakthrough to mainstream success is infuriating. Connor brings a level of awareness to hip hop that is hard to achieve without dipping into cheesy lines about “good over evil” scenarios.
