Starting last night, each day Paramore will be streaming one side of the upcoming vinyl pressing of their new album.

The second coming of vinyl album popularity has been slowly on the rise since the mid-2000s. It’s not secret die hard fans long for the ultimate sound quality, which is exactly what vinyl releases offer, but Paramore latest efforts may be the first time anyone has combined the digital and physical realm in this specific way. It’s a simply marketing ploy, sure, but it’s an effective one that relatively guarantees multiple interactions with a new product before money is ever discussed.
