After a short time out of the direct spotlight, Miley Cyrus has returned to the music world ready to claim her place at the top of the charts with a new sound and attitude.

“We Can’t Stop” found its way online yesterday within minutes of premiering on Ryan Seacrest‘s Los Angeles morning radio show. Forgetting for a second that a big chorus with an overly simplistic set of verses is the exact structure for “Party In The USA” as it is for “We Can’t Stop,” Miley’s latest something to marvel.
