Terravita And Casey Desmond Release "Settle The Score"

Not long ago, the only collaborations you saw topping the pop charts were those involving a cute singer and whatever urban sensation had recruited them for their latest stab at top 40 appeal. That all changed when EDM became a bigger part of pop culture, and now it’s hard to find a radio station not spinning what are essentially club collaborations between producers and known vocalists. Calvin Harris is probably the most notable of these DJs, but in the heart of Boston lies a group you’ll likely fall in love with soon by the name of Terravita and today we’re excited to share their new single with all of you.

Keeping with the theme of collaborating with known vocalists to create monster singles, the members of Terravita recruited OS Member Casey Desmond to take their latest effort to new heights. The result is “Settle The Score,” a seemingly acoustic ballad that is transformed shortly after it begins into an all-out EDM anthem about not letting those who wrong you get away with their acts. It’s not as upbeat as you might imagine, but a thick mix of synth and bass keeps you grooving along throughout. You can stream and download the song in full on Terravita’s official website.
