AFI Release "17 Crimes" Video

California punk legends AFI have released the official video for their new single, “17 Crimes.”

The second single to surface off Burials, “17 Crimes” carries a slightly more positive outlook than your typical AFI track. The song and video reflects on the trouble one gets into as 17-year-old with too much time on their hands and not enough control. It’s easily the band’s most comical clip to date, but that doesn’t mean they’ve lost all those dark overtones fans have come to adore. You can view the video below.

If “17 Crimes” is any indication of what fans can expect from the October release of Burials, it seems AFI are quickly positioning themselves as an updated version of The Smiths, and I, for one, am perfectly okay with that. Comment below and let us know your thoughts on the band’s new material.
