Childish Gambino Releases "Centipede"

Watch out, hip-hop. Gambino is back in the building.

After spending the majority of 2013 off the radar (aside from a handful of guest appearances), Childish Gambino has graced the Internet with a new track entitled “Centipede.” The song starts off with Gambino, otherwise known as Donald Glover, singing a capella before transitioning into a full production built atop one of the most entrancing piano melodies in recent memory. Gambino’s signature sense of ego built on book and street smarts runs rampant throughout the verses, which are filled with insights on life, love, and having the drive to succeed at any cost. Childish has always been one to plays his cards close to the chest, so at this time we have no additional information concerning his future plans.
