Stone Temple Pilots Announce Tour With Linkin Park Frontman

Though the online debate over the true frontman wages on, the members of Stone Temple Pilots who are not Scott Weiland will be headed out on tour later this year with Linkin Park‘s Chester Bennington on vocals.

The first official announcement to surface from STP since the May news that Bennington was working with the group, news that a tour will soon kickoff is further proof the band has cemented its new lineup. We have not heard much in the form of studio recordings with Bennington fronting the band, but these dates give us hope such an effort is in the works. You can view the dates below:
