Ladies and gentlemen, the cover of the week has arrived.

Rise Records hot shots Palisades have released a cover of Macklemore‘s current chat-topping single, “Can’t Hold Us.”

“Thrift Shop” may be the song that put Macklemore on the map worldwide, but his follow-up single is the track that solidified his position as a pop superstar. Palisades’ take on the track adds a heavy dose of chugs and screams, but the original’s melody and spirit of fun are still prevalent. You can stream the cover below.
