Punk-turned-mainstream rock act AFI have emerged from the studio with a brand new single entitled, “I Hope You Suffer.”

Combining elements from the band’s last few albums, “I Hope You Suffer” may be the most cinematic effort in the history of AFI. It opens like a horror movie trailer, then builds with a concoction of piano and electronic drumming until erupting into an anthemic chorus that is as catchy as it is dark.
