Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown have added yet another impressive accomplishment to their growing list of achievements, which already includes appearances in Rolling Stone and Guitar Hero. After being selected by members of The OurStage Panel, the band brought their ferocious, bluesy rock to the stage of Jimmy Kimmel Live! to perform two songs from their upcoming album Wild Child. “Last One Leaving” rumbles unstoppably forward, powered by Bryant’s feral slide guitar and rousing gang vocals from bandmates Caleb Crosby, Graham Whitford, and Noah Denney.

The band’s second song, “Say a Prayer,” accelerates and decelerates like an aging race car, alternating between blazing verses and pounding, half-time choruses. The song reaches its climax with Bryant’s writhing guitar solo, suspending trembling, high-wire bent notes over the brute thump of the band’s rhythm section.
